The new level recognises the practice’s commitment to service excellence within the Avaya Edge Distributor Program Track. To achieve Diamond status the company must meet strident requirements for customer satisfaction and demonstrate a proven track record in working with its channel partners to deliver complex projects across the entire Europe, Middle East & Africa (EMEA) region.
